Ordered banks for grandchildren for xmas. Placed the order November 11/23. After numerous attempts to find out where this order was, with no satisfaction, the tracking stopped. Finally received banks on December 29 after filing a dispute with credit card company. The banks were nothing like I ordered. I was disgusted. Much smaller, poor quality and didn't have the names on them. They sent a sheet of stickers to put the names on. It was as if they sent out something just to avoid giving a refund. Also the site showed funds in Canadian but I was charged U.S. funds on the credit card. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered six, yes six, items and have not received them as of yet….this website is a scam….I’m going to dispute it and see if I can recover my money!

Wish I could leave zero stars. This is a scam. They give you the run around and you never receive your order.

I would give zero stars if I had that option. I placed my order and received confirmation email on November 1. Tracking stopped updating on November 29. I have contacted the company many times and they tell me I have an unresolved issue. Really?!!! They say they have asked the shipping company to expedite. Nothing has changed. No order, no update. I guess I lost my money to scammers and my grandchildren didn't get their gifts.

Having read all the reviews I feel I need to add mine as well. I ordered 3 piggy. banks on 27th Oct and they were delivered on 13th Dec. I can advise that the names are not engraved nor personalised. You get a sheet of alphabet stencils and it’s a diy job. Not sure why their advert says personalised and engraved. In all terrible service and product not what was expected.

A complete scam no money boxes and no money back!!! Wish I had read trustpilot before!! How do we stop these people,I ordered 4 and feel really stupid for believing them..they are very clever.

Do not order from these people, I, like others, ordered the initial banks, 2 of them. Ordered on October 30, 2023. Got tracking updates for a while, but then communication stopped. I sent many messages, items were sent from Italy, then, they were out of stock, so they were coming from China, go figure. I sent several messages every day beginning December 1. After many sent, I got ugly. Lord and behold my package arrived today, December 28….Banks are ok, But much smaller than I thought. Final message…DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE DEFINITELY A SCAM
