Liked the school, but there were a lot of typos in the curriculum and the pricing was kinda high.

Held our grandson's credits "hostage" when we chose to take him out after 8 months for financial reasons. He never got the credits and it put him farther behind in school. BEWARE! As far as their competence as an educational institute, they seemed fine.

We are sincerely sorry to hear these sentiments in regards to the release of records. Your student was enrolled with a partner program that utilizes our educational program. Your withdrawal was from the partner program. And unfortunately, per our policy and the agreement made with our partner program in which your student was enrolled, we are unable to release academic records with an outstanding financial balance. Please contact us upon settlement with the partner program and we will be happy to release your student's records.

This is a sub-par school. Very disappointed. The #1 most important stressed issue was NO PLAGARISM to the point that it was so time consuming to try to do anything that learning was subjugated. DO YOUR RESEARCH ask around and choose a program that is intuitive and easy to navigate. This one is NOT.

We do take plagiarism and academic integrity very seriously, as all accredited schools should. Our plagiarism policy is outlined in the student/parent handbook. The mandatory orientation course revisits the policy and explains what plagiarism is and how to avoid it. The introduction chapter of every course includes information about plagiarism and citing sources. Teachers are always available to answer questions about plagiarism and provide students with guidance and support as they learn the proper way to cite sources.

FTA was a perfect option for our student athlete. She was able to have a flexible schedule to travel and play her sport along with an academically rigorous curriculum. The teachers are top-rate and are there when you have questions/concerns. The work is not easy, but you will be most prepared for standardized testing and post-secondary education!

Forest Trail Academy offers students the opportunity to attend school on their schedule. Not only can students enroll and begin working at any time of the year, they are able to work through their courses on their own time and at their own pace. We're pleased to hear this flexibility worked so well for your student athlete! Thank you for sharing your experience with Forest Trail Academy. We appreciate the review.

We used the Forrest Trail Academy Curriculum for a short period, however utilized other systems as well. We found the material had good objectives and course content. Our daughter finished her high school studies through another course program however. I would recommend Forrest Trail Academy.

Best online school. My daughter enjoyed it. Easy to follow instructions and plenty of practice exercises. It was one of the best experience we had together.

When your system goes down it is a major issue for me. My daughter meets with a math tutor weekly and when she can’t print assignment I pay for the tutor to do nothing. You’re an on-line school your computer maintenance needs to be done in the middle of the night.

Thank you for the feedback. Because we serve students across the globe, there is never a 'good time' to perform scheduled maintenance. One student's "middle of the night" is another student's "middle of the day". We understand the frustration and we try our best to work around all students.
