They are always quick to answer and its NOT AI, very knowledgable in their products!! They are always positive and eager to know how we are feeling on their products. I am one week in on the desacated thyroid and in just one week a huge turn around!! This company by far surpasses any other I have ever dealt especially in their customer service!

Absolutely customer service orientated and doing a fantabulous job, too! I was on online chat and had thee best experience with Kristen and she helped me get the unit overnighted to us. Overall experience is a 4.5 stars. I had researched dedicated thyroid for years but stayed with using the synthetic stuff prescribed to me. Recently, my blood work still showed "normal" but I only felt okay when I took more of my synthroid, around 115mcg but I was only given 75mcg and my doctor wouldn't increase my dose. After more research , I found forefront health and gave it a try with the additional supplements along with the collagen powder. I started with 65mg per day, along with the ADK and the E vitamin support. It is a slow process but I can tell my body is responding after 3 weeks. I only had an issue with the B vitamin being unpalatable and making me feel ill. They were able to listen to my concern and replaced the B with the ADK which seems to really boost my body's metabolism. Thank you!
