Any time I've had questions - even complicated ones - they've been quick to reply with detailed, helpful answers from a real person. 99% of the reviews I leave nowadays are negative ones because businesses, and their customer support, are just so terrible. So it's nice to finally leave a positive review for a deserving business that actually tries to do right by their customers.

Excellent customer service

Customer Service was excellent in solving my problem.

My husband and I started taking the dessicated thyroid a month and a half ago. Both of us quickly had much better energy levels throughout the day. We ran out of our supply and have felt the difference of not having it. We ran into issues with restocking our supply because of Canada Post, but the customer service team was quick to reply and help us come up with a solution to get a new package out.

Love these products from Forefront! The progesterone complex is helping me enormously with hot flashes. I don't have them anymore during the middle of the night. That, in itself, is a blessing!
