DONT PROVIDE CREDIT CARD - BEWARE
I canceled my membership and still getting charged. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD details. There are lot of websites offering NO CREDIT CARD for trial of 7 days or 3 days. When you try to cancel System will start throwing offers to sign up again and verbiage not easy to comprehend for an average user who makes a mistake. Language for slippage and eventually you end up accidentally keeping your membership active. Long Story short BIG NO NO.. DO NOT SHARE CREDIT CARD DETAILS. Thanks,

The last two years I've been bird…
The last two years I've been bird dogging for properties for a few investors. It's a great little side gig to make extra money. Foreclosure.com has been an awesome resource to find investment opportunities.

This company IS NOT A SCAM. It's legit.
I posted a review about how this company took money from my credit card about a week ago. I complained and they unexpectedly emailed me and informed me that they would refund my 49.00 and apologized... Well to my surprise I was refunded my money! So I want everyone to know that this company IS NOT A SCAM. It is legit.

Most the properties are out of date
Most the properties are way out of date. The free sites have more accurate information. Waste of my money, dont make the same mistake as I.

Inaccurate Listing
This site is showing my property on their foreclosure list long after the Pre-Foreclosure issue (bad mortgage) was resolved with the Mortgage Co./Servicer and dischaged March 2019. The house is not in pre-foresloure of foreclosured.
