Force USA C20 Review: Outstanding Support and Equipment, Disastrous Freight Experience
Equipment (5/5 Stars): The Force USA C20 itself is exceptional—solid, versatile, and well built. Delivery / Freight Company (1/1 Stars): The shipping carrier was a complete disaster. Force USA desperately needs to partner with a new freight company. Handling of the delivery was poor, resulting in damaged equipment upon arrival. Assembly Team (5/5 Stars): In contrast to the carrier, the team that came to assemble the machine was phenomenal. They were prompt, worked with great professionalism, and completed the build efficiently in a timely manner. Customer Service (5/5 Stars — Thanks to Vanessa Remels): The customer service rating is purely down to Vanessa Remels. She was an absolute angel through what was a stressful, frustrating process. From dealing with the damaged equipment to issuing replacements, Vanessa was in touch at all hours of the day, providing constant updates and proactive solutions. If not for Vanessa’s dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care, I likely would have canceled my entire order. She truly feels like the heart of the company. She deserves a promotion and a raise for her extraordinary work.
