We began our experience with 2020NOW in October 2023 and I was extremely nervous of something that seemed to be true. I can say that we have had one of the best experiences I've had in 17 years of being in optical with this company. I am always hesitant to clumping in to a commitment regardless of how much research I've done but this was a great decision Their IT, customer service, doctors and techs have been amazing!!! Bob has helped me through any and all questions and I've recommended him and 2020NOW to all of our colleagues.

20/20NOW has been a strong and trustful partner for JINS US Eyewear since 2015. Besides offering good remote eye exam services to our customers, 20/20NOW is very easy and honest to discuss business matters.

I opened my store with 20/20Now almost 2 years ago and have had great success with it. The whole system is very well thought through from the initial buying process to set up and training. The IT support is outstanding, you get immediate responses. I have been an optician for over 30 years and have worked with a lot of different doctors and technicians. The 20/20Now technicians are extremely thorough and experienced and I am very pleased with the accuracy of the prescriptions. The doctors are caring and professional. My office won "Best Eye Doctor 2023" in my area last year, because our patients love the concept. The fact that it is tele-health does not make the 20/20Now staff less personable or the exam less thorough. A lot of my patients mention that they are getting more one-on-one time and attention from the 20/20Now doctor than in some other offices, where the doctors are overbooked and stressed. There is follow-up on those patients that get referred out to specialist for any medical concerns. I recommend 20/20Now to anyone - your patients will be in good hands!

2020now is an excellent tele-optometry service that we added to our practice, allowing us to grow. We have been with them for over five years and found them easy to work with. Their eye exams are comprehensive and use the latest equipment. Patients love it, and their staff is always friendly. Optometric Physicians and Technicians are all credentialed and licensed. It was the best investment we have made.

We have been working with 2020now since November of 2022 in our private practice. We absolutely love the service and the doctors we work with. The doctors truly care about their patients and work well with specialist when we need to refer the patient out. Any questions or concerns we might have are addressed promptly. I brought in 2020Now because I could not find a doctor for my optical store. with 20/20Now I doubled my optical sales last year. Their trainers and IT support have been awesome. I live in an area where most doctors have their own extensive optical in-house. My business was getting by just on the over-flow of patients who were looking for frames that those docs did not have. Now that I can offer exams "in my own house", my business is doing significantly better and my patients are very happy with the convenience.
