Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered 2 dresses which doesn't look ANYTHING like the images. Fraudulent company and terrible quality. It's disgusting, I spent AU$132 and the offered to refund me $19. Still in a dispute with them. Wish I had read all the reviews before I purchased. Nothing about their return process is "easy" as they indicate on their website. Bloody crooks!

I received my order, quality was good, but jumpers too large. Emailed many times and still haven't had a reply, about how to return the order. Very disappointed I emailed, the address which you stated you would contact to give them my feedback, but it isn't recognised!!!!

Avoid at all costs. Jumpers don't reflect the photos, are poor quality. I wanted to return with full refund but was told I could keep the jumpers & was given a refund of £23 when they cost £80 as would cost too much to return. I nearly didn't buy originally & now wish I hadn't!!!

The sweater I bought is lovely but doesn't fit so I tried to return. The company offered me $6 to keep it and are being incredibly obstructive about how I return it. Their website actually states 'easy returns' which is untrue. Don't buy unless you're sure you want to keep the item. I won't be buying again that's for sure.

The products from Fopew are of very poor quality. I was totally fooled by the beautiful pictures they had used on their site. The jumpers were not fit to be worn even indoors! When I asked for a return address, I was given one in Dubai! Postage cost me £25. Th total amount they should have refunded me is £59-65 excluding postage but instead they have only refunded me £46.97. So I would strongly discourage anyone from buying anything from Fopew.

The jumper on the photo is not the jumper I received. It was supposed to be a lovely chunky sweater and had great reviews. What I received is a very small very poor quality jumper. I am trying to return but get e mail responses offering me discount off the price and no option to return. BE VERY CAREFUL IF ORDERING ANY GARMENTS.

The two sweaters I received were awful! Really thin and nothing like the chunky quality of the advertised photos. The website promises refunds if not satisfied but all requests for a return label are ignored.
