Ik had twee T-shirts besteld bij FootLV. Nadat ik besteld had, kwam ik erachter dat de levering ongeveer twee weken zou duren. Daarom wilde ik mijn bestelling annuleren. De klantenservice reageerde met excuses en bood mij als compensatie een gratis T-shirt naar keuze aan. Dat vond ik een nette oplossing, dus ik besloot de bestelling toch te laten doorgaan. Daarna duurde het echter meer dan een maand voordat er iets aankwam. Op een gegeven moment dacht ik zelfs dat ik was opgelicht. Toen het pakket uiteindelijk werd bezorgd, bleek er nog een probleem te zijn: ik had twee T-shirts besteld én er was een gratis T-shirt beloofd, maar ik ontving uiteindelijk slechts één T-shirt. Dat vind ik erg teleurstellend. Er worden beloftes gedaan die vervolgens niet worden nagekomen. De communicatie was in het begin goed, maar de lange levertijd en de onvolledige levering zorgen ervoor dat ik geen positieve ervaring heb gehad.

This store is filled with scammers. They didn’t deliver the merch I ordered on time and after waiting additional time I requested a refund, which after the refund request they requested really personal banking sensitive information instead of just doing the normal procedure of refunding it to the original form of payement. When I issued a dispute with my bank then they started reaching out to me, they got scared. I’m still waiting for the money but I’m going to get it one way or another. Save yourself money and time and don’t buy from this store.

Experience was great, Jersey was great quality, company is still down unfortunately.

I have waited 1 month of my order I have waited 1 month of my order. And they sent me the false order. Support isn’t answering and I have paid 100€ for nothing. I would give 0 stars if it’s possible. DONT BUY HERE. They said over weeks „your package is on its way“ but this was a lie. If you want your shirts buy it on another website.

ich warte seit 5 wochen auf meine bestellung. der kundenservice ist absolut unterirdisch. braucht ca. 1 tag zu antworten und das nur mit irgendwelchen KI texten, die keinen wirklichen inhalt haben. ich habe nun gesagt, ich möchte mein geld zurück - auch hier keine antwort.
