I've ordered Kick Off and it was advertised that you get second pack for free with your purchase. To my surprise, single pack arrived and I was informed that it should be added to the checkout, but that was not made clear during the purchase. Now I am looking for the 30 day return and there is no clear way how to request the return of the money. Stay away from this scam.

Hi Hristo, To take advantage of the discount and promotion codes associated with our Kick Off product, please follow these steps: Add two Kick Off products to your shopping cart. During the checkout process, apply the provided discount or promotion code in the designated field. This code is essential for validating your eligibility for the promotion. Once the code is applied correctly, you will see both Kick Off products listed in your checkout summary. One of the Kick Off products will be displayed as a free item, and the discount will be applied to the other Kick Off product as per the promotion terms. By following these steps, you can ensure that the promotion is correctly applied, and both Kick Off products are visible in your checkout. This not only helps you receive the intended benefits of the promotion but also allows us to verify your order and process it accordingly. For returning the product you need to contact our customer support team so they can create a return label for you and organize a pick up. If there is anything else we can clear up for you or help you out please contact our support team. Best regards, Football Supplements Team

First off, I paid extra for expedited shipping and it took nearly two weeks before the product even left texas. The flavor and consistency of the pre-workout is terrible. It doesn't look or taste like a lemonade and my son cannot drink it.
Response from footballsupplements.comSep 26, 2023
Hi David, Regarding the product taste and consistency concerns, we deeply regret that the pre-workout did not meet your expectations, and we understand how disappointing this can be. We are committed to providing products that not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations. Rest assured, your feedback will be shared with our product development team, and we are actively working on introducing new flavors for the American market. We hope these new options will better align with your preferences, In regard to the shipping delay, we acknowledge that waiting for nearly two weeks for your product to leave Texas was not the level of service you expected, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. The delay was primarily due to unexpected stock issues, which disrupted our usual shipping process. If you have any further concerns or if there's anything else we can do to make this right for you, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support. Best regards, Football Supplements Team

I ordered a lot of their products first for an upcoming tournament. The order was confirmed and received but after a week late I discovered they haven't even shipped it. Their customer support Iva, tell they won't be able to ship it for another week. That is more than two weeks to just ship it. I don't know how long to arrive. They are a joke. I ordered from soccer supplement and it was at my house in less than three day.

It hasn’t improved anything that they say they do, it’s a scam. I feel a lot of fatigue and my stamina is worst then before.
