It really encourages me to stay on a diet and the secrets they show on the videoes really help for performances and other beneficial stuff which is something i recommend for people to watch.

Shipping time was good. I have been purchasing this off and on for a few months but what impressed me was my order came with a shaker. Not sure if this was an error or a gift but really appreciated it.
