Sr Travel Advisor Steven was a huge help! Thank you, Steven!

Jasper was polite, listened to our concerns and put every effort into satisfactorily resolving our flight cancelation issues. jasper should be given a promotion and pay raise.

The gentleman assisting me was Edgar. He was the most patient, well speaking agent I’ve ever encountered for South west or any airline!! He went above and beyond to help me find best rates and times to accommodate our needs.. he actually made it a very pleasant phone call and totally reduced my stress level! You are very lucky to have him as Avery upbeat accommodating person assisting customers..

Very nice , helpful, accommodating

He was very helpful and understanding of my situation. He was kind and thoughtful when I had to take deep breaths between my communications with him. I am hard of hearing and he was patient with my inability to understand him at times.
