Fond TravelsReviews of fondtravels.com

Ron of Fond Travels represented himself as Egypt Air on the phone. A deceptive ad online provided their number as Egypt Air US reservations. Ron asked for my personal star gold sign in AND password so he could tell me the luggage allowance for a flight!!! He said it was ok to give my password to him because we were on a secure line. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

These people don't know what they are doing. They make up prices from one agent to another. They put you on hold then drop the call. Very disappointed.

OMG..under no circumstances should you use this company to book your travels!!! I had the most horrible experience with getting correct info and the trip involved attending a funeral! I wonder if AA/Delta and other airlines know how inept this agency is!!!!! DO NOT, BE WARNED, USE THEM!!!!

I am very disappointed with the service provided by this company. I had to cancel a plane ticket because the COVID-19 test delay and I was told that I can re-book the ticket when the test will come through with a credit of the cost of the ticket minus $100. Next day I called them starting at 9am (test came overnight) and was nobody answer the phone. I left numerous messages and e-mails to the agent. I got a response from him around 12pm. I was told that I need to pay the balance of a double the price that the ticket cost originally!!! I refused and I called the airline where I only pay half!! I was even told that I would have two different charges on my credit card!!! I will stay away from this people that are only trying to rip people off! Agent name was Gauge.
