Matt was absolutely wonderful in helping me make my flight change for an earlier flight that I had missed. My trip is for a Celebration of Life for my cousin who passed away. His warm manner and excellent customer service helped to calm me down and to make sure I would be there to attend this incredibly important event. THANK YOU, Matt!!!

I had an amazing experience working with Addie and Matt at Fond Travel. I needed to book travel to go to a NCAA tennis tournament. Because late notice airfare was necessary they were so diligent in getting me the lowest fare. I am so impressed with the marvelous service I received!!!
