Do not purchase from this company they are a scam!!!!! I spent $160 on cases, car charger, screen protectors. Two months after making my purchase I still have not received my order. I called USPS, the carrier they claim to of used, they said that the tracking number was not legitimate, conducive to their service. Tried calling Fonally they would not answer their phones, (first red flag), they would not call me after filling out their contact form with my phone number and when they finally did respond, it was snarky and rude. Sarah, the woman who responded to me told me there was nothing she could do because it said, (I’m assuming She was referencing her app), stated it was delivered and therefore she couldn’t do anything about it. Never, did she address the fact that the tracking number was not conducive to the USPS service nor did she offer to look into it and she never contacted me by phone. I’m submitting a letter to the Better Business Bureau, PayPal and Apple Pay. This company does not deserve the right To their customer base for their services. Any company that will take advantage of anyone in today’s state of affairs should be ashamed of themselves. I have included Sarah’s email response to me Hello Serena, As we have already replied to your emails, saying that we can’t assist you as the items show as delivered. Thank you, Sarah
