I have been waiting nearly 2 months for a delivery. They tell me to wait and it continues to not show up. The most recent email said to wait a few more days even though they have no idea when it will be delivered.

I would not even give 1 star but had no other choice. DO NOT order from them. They have a very poor quality items and long wait for the shipment to arrive. I think it's coming from China since they don't have distribution here in the US. I've ordered 3 items and one was free 2 month ago received 1 item only and the rest are still being in shipped and free item was not even shipped yet and it's been 2 MONTH! In meanwhile the only item I received broke and useless.

This company took my order for a phone case about 2 months ago for a case that has yet to be shipped, and keeps spinning a story about an overseas backlog and that it has been shipped. The USPS tracking number clearly says that nothing has happened. Stay away.

Do not bother attempting to make a purchase. 2+ weeks after ordering, I finally received a USPS tracking number and then a delivery confirmation with no actual package being delivered. I have a security camera so I can see the postal carrier and see that she never had any package in her hand that was delivered. Over the last couple days I have reached out to customer service multiple times via email and by phone and have received zero response. Shady business practice at best. I would blow up their social media with complaints, but for a company that’s supposed to be so modern they have virtually no social media presence. Save your money. With these ethics they likely won’t be around long anyway.

SERVICE SUCKS! PATHETIC COMMUNICATION! MISREPRESENTING SHIPPING TIMEFRAME…TAKES 2 MONTHS TO GET ITEMS PURCHASED AND THERE IS ZERO INFO IN TRACKING!!!!!!

It’s a scam. Don’t order. I never received my items. I was told by rep that they were delivered. I can see now this is a pattern. I wish I would have read these reviews sooner. I will report the company. So wrong to rip people off like this. Update: The day I posted this review I received my shipment. It had been a month. If you decide to order be prepared to wait for a while.

Sadly this company sucks and I fear I may never receive my order of three phone cases. I was told that it was going to take 2 weeks but it’s been almost a month and when I asked about it I was told via email after reaching out to them that they were experiencing shipping delays from Singapore but that it had cleared customs and USPS would update the tracking information soon. I kept checking after this 2 week period was up and still got the same response that usps was awaiting delivery details. Fonally customer support said that it was delivered but when they sent me a screenshot of the delivery all I could see was the zip code which was not mine. I have reached back out to them to tell them that I DO NOT have this package and it has obviously been delivered to the wrong address. I have asked for a refund but have not heard back from the company. I’m afraid my money is gone and I will never get these phone cases. Guess Amazon will take over the world cuz it’s the only place I feel safe about buying stuff these days! Thought I would give another company a chance but man that was a mistake. Please don’t buy anything from here.

This is an unethical company. I bought a phone case that was apparently out of stock without it being updated on the website and they thought it was appropriate to send me the "closest next thing". I told them that I would return it and they said that they will not reimburse me for the return shipping even though this was an issue on their end. Do not buy from this company as it is clear that other people also have various problems with them.
