I was on monthly subscription, which i ended up cancelling. I didn't see a difference with the derma stamp w/ titanium needles in the couple of months I was using the product. The reason why I'm giving them 1 star, I had requested a refund on 9/10/26, they provided a return label, which I shipped back immediately. I had reached out to them more than a few times to get an update on my inquiry. And always came back they were working on providing me an update. I even got real irate with them due to the lack of communication. I had advised the agent Annie to not let her personal emotions get in the way of business. Enough time has gone by for them to issue me a refund, instead I'm here writing a negative review, which i did not want to. They have not responded to me nor provided me an update is the last two times i have emailed them. What an easy way to lose a client and an easy way for me to expose them for the rats they are. purchased the follicle boost with the red light,was so looking forward to using this product and the red light charged 1 time but never ever worked. waste of my limited income. big mistake on my part i guess.

I have only been using the FOLLICLE BOOSTER shampoo for a short time but I like the way it cleans my scalp. I feel like each strand of hair is healthier. Because it blocks DHT it will keep me from going bald. I believe that. Good company with excellent media and customer service.
