Nobody responded to texts regarding issue I’m having. Took very long to get reactivated.

Horrible renewal process, I paid a while ago and still my service is not up. Also very hard to pay and no answered my questions. If it doesn't change soon I will be looking for another provider

More than 24 hours to answer my email, but a good follow-up when someone took in charge my request

I just paid for monthly service Jan 6 th and now my service is off

The program stops working randomly...says url not found and doesn't recognize the login info.

It doesn’t work and I can’t contact them.

I'm giving this company one star only because their content was good while I had it. The first month went okay with the exception that contacting them was extremely difficult. When it came time to renew, their colors came out. I paid my membership for the month, and they contacted me saying I was paid up. Then no contact whatsoever. I had no service. Repeated attempts to get help went unanswered. Not a word from them. Emails to their return address were bounced back to me. The chat service was no longer accessible. Save your money. There are plenty of other IPTV services out there. These people are just simple thieves. I don't know how they can sleep at night.

Nice and easy and simple to follow…
