I ordered 4+2 bottles on 16 June 2024. It's now nearly 2 months and I have not received my order. Meanwhile, I ran out of Folix and have not been using Folix for a couple of weeks now. This disrupts my usage and perhaps because of that, I cannot assess the effectiveness of Folix to grow my hair or to ensure my hair does not drop further.

I was disappointed that when I purchased 6 bottles of the serum that when it arrived it did not even come with any instructions as to of to use it. It never even came with a receipt. I sure hope it work because if Idoes not it would be hard to return. Carol Eastbourne.
