Update on the 10 of February with STILL THE SAME ( NOTHING RECIEVED ).... I assure you nothing and i mean it NOTHING RECIEVED FROM YOU and i.ll keep on waiting as per your kind reply , IT SEEMS THERE IS A HOPE THAT I WILL RECUEVE THE PRODUCTS SOON I'm glad you stopped and cancelled any further subscription , that's why I deleted my 1st issue of having twice withdrawals from my wallet.. Hey Dina, It seems you set up a subscription package when you made your first purchase. On our website, we display the options of a subscription package and one time package side by side. We have gone ahead to cancel your subscription upon your last request and there will be no future charges. Hey Dina, I'm sorry to hear you have had some issues. I have emailed this company numerous times - it does not have an actual number to contact customer service, and I am still waiting for a legitimate response. It's just a computer-generated automatic response that addresses nothing I was emailing them about.

Hey Deborah, We got your request a couple of days back to cancel your subscription and we already did that. We assure you we wouldn't be automatically charging your card and it will only be debited on your request.
