Tucktec Folding KayaksReviews of foldupkayaks.com

I love my tuck tec so much! It’s a great way to get outside and on the water as someone who is in an apartment with a small car. It’s super user friendly and the customer service is 100/10. #Tucktec

Retired first time kayaker and I love it. I got mine for sharing and could not be more pleased.

Customer service is fantastic and the #Tucktec is ready for adventure. I’ve been places I couldn’t have without my own kayak and I’ve gone by myself multiple times for a peaceful afternoon. Highly recommend.

I’m very impressed with my tucktec! Unfolds and puts together fairly easy. Folding back up can be a little more difficult for a gal of 5’1” but totally doable and easier than putting it up top a car. The new 2023 seat is not bad at all The paddle it comes with is VERY basic. I would rather see the price a bit lower than them including that since it definitely needs an upgrade. If you can’t do the whole hard shell kayak I highly recommend this kayak! #tucktec

I have an itty bitty car, and I LOVE that it folds up to fit in my trunk. Any questions or issues or anything, just get in touch with customer service. They're absolutely wonderful and quick to respond to boot. Additionally, there's a great community on Facebook so any questions you have on modifications and things like that, there are thousands of people that would be more than happy to help you figure it out. Admittedly, the first fold was a rough go. It took me about 30 minutes or so in my living room, even with the video. The second one went much more quickly on the beach, and the third one, today, even faster. Basically, there's definitely a breaking in period, but it seems to progress pretty quickly.

Best customer service hands down. Stand behind every product and will go the extra mile for you even when there’s “user error”. #Tucktec

Tucktec made it possible for me to kayak again! With neither the appropriate vehicle, rack system, or strength to haul hard-shell kayaks around, a foldable option seemed like a possible solution. I chose Tucktec for the design, product details, responsive customer service, generous warranty, and price. I took my 2022 10’ kayak out just 8 times and loved it so much that I purchased a second one (2023 8’ model). They’re both great for me, a 5’1” middle-aged lady. I like to do in-person demos of my Tucktecs in my area so others can enjoy them as much as I do. Highly recommended! #Tucktec
