I ordered a rv water heater in October. After install it doesn’t work. After hours on the phone they sent a new motherboard. Same issue exists. More hours on the phone. I ended up uninstalling and shipping back the unit for a full replacement. After installing that unit has a different problem and will not fire up. I’ve been dealing with this for 4 months. They have shipped parts and nothing works. If I don’t call them daily nothing gets done. Even after calling daily nothing is getting done. It’s been over 4 months. I’m going to warn everyone about this company. Do not buy this product.

I Purchased A Foggati Tankless And At First Was Working Fine. I Left For 3 Months And When I Got Back I Got 1 Hot Shower And After That It Wouldn't Heat The Water Up. Water Was Leaking Inside The Unit. After Making Contact With Foggati, They Wanted A Reciept, They Have One On File! They Refused To Make It Right To Me! I Had To Purchase A Competeters! I'm The One Who Lost $550.00 Pretty Sad Way To Do Business!

I was in the market for a tankless water heater for my RV. I had questions about the fitment that I posed to their support. They failed to meet their 1 to 2 business day response time. When they did respond they had made no effort to answer my questions, just referred me to their website. I had already researched the product on the site and the fitment was not addressed to my satisfaction. About a week after sending the original request, I received another reply from their fitment support again not addressing my questions. I bought a Furrion as their support answered questions I posed.

Possibly the WORST customer service I have ever felt with. Leaked everywhere, made multiple calls eventually got a warranty exchange, going on week 2 with no hot water, and no response from the company. Called twice today and still nothing. The call center is overseas and they have no idea what is going on. Such a joke and total waste!

Product was damaged. Getting the run around on refund

1) The tankless water heater NEVER worked from day one. But we understand things happen, so we call (you can't talk to a person, you have to leave a message). It takes at least 2 days for them to respond. We do what they suggest and call again. Another 2-3 days before we get a response asking to do try something else. (still doesn't work) Purchased on 5/21/23. Have never been able to speak to an actual person, but they did ask if they could text. So even with that, they still don't respond faster than 2-3 days. It's a few days from August and we still have a defective tankless water heater and no help. If I could give negative stars I would!!!

The Fogatti Tankless RV Water Heater is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. It began to scald the hell out of us while showering. Heater broke within 10 months, and “CUSTOMER SERVICE” is an even bigger joke. Never spoke to a technician, not a single time, after multiple email inquiries. The company knows their product is an absolute POS so they hide behind emails. I called the 800 number at least a half dozen times, and it’s just someone in another country takin’ punches for them. One of the young women admitted, the company erases sales data every 6 months so warranty issues can be deflected as much as possible. I purchased my unit directly from Fogatti, and suddenly the company website did not recognize my user name and password when I began to inquire about the warranty. So, I used a screenshot of the shipping notice with order number during the “warranty claim” because Fogatti miraculously needed proof of purchase. Every single person who did respond could not find the order number I provided. If I could leave negative numbers, I would. The technician who installed my NEW TRUMA said, GOOD LUCK with the warranty claim. It’s going to be a huge pain the butt. Fogatti is just more CHINA CRAP. STAY AWAY!!! UPDATE 07/26/2023 STILL NO REFUND AND ARE COMPLETELY IGNORING ALL INQUIRIES. I have a return receipt via FedEx. They’ve had my POS heater for more than a week. Again, STAY AWAY this company makes garbage and uses the “warranty” as bait. I was dumb enough to bite. I’ve asked multiple RV Techs and everyone reported similar experiences.

First, the device works exceptionally. Does it work better than what I had? No... It's about the same as the competitors. I'm not happy with you folks. I have called twice and never received a call back. I have questions, and now no way to ask. Incidentally, you might try mentioning for many installations you will need to figure out how to make it fit.
