Wow! Forgot to look at reviews first. Ordered 2 pieces of foam and picked free 5-7 day ship. Received initial email after order and said details to follow. No details followed so I called a week later.Finally shipped after phone call. Received order only one piece of foam. Called and talked to guy . Never said name. Wanted pictures texted. Sent pictures and no reply. Called two days later and acted like he had no clue . Resent pictures after talking to him and asked him to send tracking when shipped. Called each of the next three days looking for tracking. Last call he told me to stop calling him and he said he is not my wife or my psychologist and he will not give me tracking because I only spent$100 dollars. I will fight this with my credit card company and call the better business bureau

Ordered a patio swing foam pad. Six weeks later I recieve 2 foam strips usless as a swing pad. Customer service claimed it was my fault. The foam I received didn't even match the packing slip! Could not communicate without being interrupted or talked over. Do not do business online at fomma.com.

I have now purchased from Foamma 2 times and have both time a poor experience. First time i thought it was a fluke. The second time, I know it was not. Not a complicated order. I finally got a hold of someone after 4 calls and a few emails and the person on the phone with a thick accent told me a sob story of how difficult my order is. It was 2 pieces of foam cut to size! Not hard.... Never buying form Foamma again.

This is company is fraudulent. They take your money and never ship the product. He will state that it says on their website 2- 8 business days, 5 weeks later, the order is still not processed. Look at the state of CA website to see that the owner has had several other companies terminated. Complete SCAM!

I would give zero stars if possible. Unresponsive, late, and excuse-making. I wish I'd looked here to see the other negative experiences before ordering with them. I haven't even seen the product yet, but I fear that it will be as poor quality as the customer service!

Ordered a custom foam cushion on 4/2 from foamma. I received tracking information the next day. After a week, I called foamma to inquire about the order and they said that they were currently out of foam and to call back next week. This had gone on for a couple of weeks. I told them to cancel the order and that I wanted a refund. They said to send an email which I did in the end of April. I haven't heard back from them since. Worst company. They just steal your money.

Horrible. Be wary of returning because they won’t even refund you in full.

NO REFUND FOR RETURNED ITEM I ordered a foam sofa cushion for my grandson who lives in Norcross, GA with instructions to send it to him. It was sent to my home in Birmingham, AL. I called and Kamy insisted they HAD to send to the address of the person who paid for it. The cost was $94. I was charged an additional amount of $50 and when I questioned the added charge, Kamy told me I had requested second day delivery which was not true. I received it at my home two weeks later. Kamy told me they would refund my money when I verified that I had shipped the cushion back to them. I emailed the information to Foamma. After, several weeks, I asked where my refund was. Kamy told me that they had trashed all foam items because of the Covid-19 virus because they had no way of knowing if they had been used or not. I had returned it in its original packing material without even opening it.
