I have to go through them to return my item. They never answered my emails. How am I supposed to return this? I'm only getting a 1/5th of the thrust output on this EDF and I can't return it because they won't respond to my emails.

The front landing "gear" wheel had no clip to retain the wheel. The spare parts for that plane on your website did not include replacement landing wheels. So what do I do?

Ordered the wrong plane. Returned it and was charged $30 for an unopened return.

We were sent the wrong part. We ordered 2 different parts for my son's R/C truck. One was the correct part and the other wasn't.

Fms mxs servo starting sticking on maiden sent video and they said it was normal slop in controls after another video they sent a servo which was wrong gear so arm would not fit it had to break them apart and switch gears fixed issue but then other servo quit working properly and this is where customer service started blaming everything but fms product but then said they would send matching servos but did not send them so I ordered different brand Dan started lying to me and pretty much got out of replacing anything. New branded servos are in now and working so we'll see if other stuff holds up

There was nothing wrong with the transmitter but my Defender was a lemon. First problem was the lights stopped working. FMS sent a receiver because it was still under warranty however my transmitter wouldn't bind. So I bought a new transmitter. It also wouldn't bind I got lots of help with a staff member but nothing worked. I wasted money and got a FMS lemon.
