It’s been a month since my order was made. Was sent tracking info but has not updated . Called fms was told issue was resolved but still no tracking info don’t know what happened.

STILL NO replacement wheels that fell of the aircraft on it's premiere flight. For a beginner aircraft the landing gear is too flimsy and the hubs do not lock in place. One did, two did not. Replacement parts ordered and three weeks later NOTHING. I want to order a larger warplane but not until FMS shows it can make good on replacement parts.

Ordered replacement wing struts on Oct 7th and today is the 28th. Got a notice yesterday (27 days) that they have finally shipped!!! Likely another 2 weeks to get here. Complete and total BS! Found a .stl file on Thingverse so I'm going to get some 3d printed. Maybe I'll start selling them!

The process started off well, then the product arrived and it was broken. I sent 3 e-mails and crickets. Trying to put a plane back together here.
