FMS HobbyReviews of fmshobby.com

I am brand new to the RC planes had lots of question they were great in helping me. They even sent pictures to me as to where to plug things in. Fast repone time just all around great will continue to do business with them

Overall, great products and good service. I did experience shipping issues recently that damaged my item. I guess coming from China the package was damaged and so was my item. Oh well.

Product was packaged very well, great quality for the price, and very fast shipping

Good product fast service

I recently ordered two different parts to repair a damaged RC plane. In both cases, I was sent the wrong part. Although it did cause some delay in repair of my plane, the good news was the customer service. When I advised them of the error, including pictures I sent of the incorrect parts received, I received prompt and courteous replies. They quickly sent out the correct parts. They apologized for the error, and did not require I return anything prior to them making it right. Although the customer service has always been good, the rapidity of FMS responses has greatly improved as well over the last 6 months. I would not hesitate to make further purchases from FMS for any RC needs.
