Lacking
Recent news of shutting down a warehouse which causes orders to be more than likely delayed is not exactly what the doctor ordered. Especially when all but 2 or 3 of the people you call actually do a really good job and the rest of the time it is maybe hit mostly miss. Definitely will be looking at possible other options if this stays true. Wonderful job and thank you for always going the extra mile Doug and Pat!

Rarely have the items I need in stock…
Rarely have the items I need in stock and when they do they charge me so close to list price it's not worth it. I can actually get better pricing from Amazon delivered to my door. I'm a contractor, when my customers know they can get better pricing than I can, there's no way to make money.

we had a custom made gaskets for our…
we had a custom made gaskets for our coolers and one was the correct side but cut on the wrong side i tried to call a couple of times with no response and now i am stuck with no replacement gasket .
