First time user - great experience - will use again
First time user. Had a great experience with Ken. Great pricing, and excellent support. They asked me where I had flexibility (dates, airports) so they could get me best pricing. They got me what I wanted quickly. While they were easy to reach by phone when needed, I liked they could do everything electronically - fast email responses, docusign invoices, and so on. I definitely plan to use them again in the future.

Jade was a great help from the…
Jade was a great help from the beginning. She helped me find the best route and price (beating any other travel agent or web service by a mile) and also guided me through the rest of the process.

Neil Cruise was a trooper
Neil Cruise was a trooper, went through many hoops for me to make sure I had two tickets from where I live in NC to travel to Great Britain. He was very persistent and communicative. He was a pleasure to work with! Also your booking department was most helpful.

Fantastic Experience
The Trustpilot rating led to me calling and I'm so glad it did. Jade was super in quickly finding an itinerary that met all of our needs and had a great price. My husband and I travel to Europe at least once a year and this is by far the best experience we have had in making our flight plans. Best Experience ever
Best Experience ever. Booking a ticket with an awesome price within couple hours ? was seemed impossible to me but Jade made it happen. She was super nice and she followed up with me multiple times to get the best deal. It was my first experience but I am pretty sure it won't be the last one and from now on Jade is my to go agent to booking tickets. if you want to get the best deal with best costumer service, here is your to go place.
