Although I booked my flights with Ken Jones back in September, I only just recently completed my trip to the Philippines. Ken is very responsive, knowledgeable and although we had some minor issues in the beginning, he and his manager, Jennifer were very quick to address and resolve it. On my return flight, I panicked due to some error message I got when I checked my flight online before going to the airport & immediately emailed Ken. In a matter of minutes, I got a response back from him saying their booking team is looking into my reservation. Turned out it was probably just a technical glitch on my phone. I checked in at the airport with no problems at all and the next email from Ken said "it looks like you're already checked in." Which only meant they actually did check on my reservation. Trip was very satisfactory, overall. I was extremely pleased with ANA's first class service from JFK to Narita. Impeccable service!!! Asiana Airlines' business class was quite satisfactory although it would've been nicer not to have woken up in slept-in, wrinkled clothes! No PJs! Minor thing, but sometimes it's the smallest things that make a huge difference. I will use Fly World Class again and definitely will ask for Ken Jones! Thanks, Ken for a wonderful first experience with your company.

I was a first time customer and was very satisfied with their service. They worked very hard to book a wonderful trip for me and my daughter to Ireland. It took a great deal of time for us to decide on flights, and they were patient and efficient. They were also very patient with me when I filled out my part of the paperwork. I would definitely recommend this company for any future travel plans a person might have! Excellent service!
