I booked my flight to Japan with Neil back in December, and I just had my trip to Japan last month in May. I was so skeptical and a little scared to be honest that this entire thing might be a scam, however it is not. When I found this website I contacted them to book my flight to Japan, Neil was the agent that I got. I told Neil the dates that I'd be needing and he quickly found me flight options. Unfortunately the flights didn't work for me but Neil went right back and continued looking. After a few weeks and maybe 2 additional attempts Neil found me flights that worked perfectly. I was amazed at the price and completely skeptical because of it, but had to give it a shot and had Neil book that for me. At some point I panicked and contacted Neil because I couldn't get onto the airlines website to access seats but he calmly talked me through it and I just let everything be. Now a week before my trip I called the airline and sure enough my ticket was there and the class of service promised. Day of the trip I checked in like normal and was on my way. I had absolutely no issues flying to and returning. Neil and flyworld class definitely came through, and proved to me they're completely trust worthy. Can't wait to use them again for my next trip. If you have any doubts, maybe this review will help you get past them. Neil and his team met and exceeded my expectations and they are definitely worth the try if you've never used them before.

Hello Avi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us an amazingly detail recount of your experience booking with Neil. We are honored to have been of service to you by booking airfare for your trip to Japan this past May. With discounted airfare sometimes the prices do seem too good to be true, and we are super happy that we were able to secure you an itinerary that worked for you at a great price. We understand that booking online with someone you don't know can lead to initial skepticism, and we are truly honored to have gained your trust as a client. We sincerely look forward to assisting you with your future travel plans. -The Fly World Class Team
