I am very happy with the service provided by Jason Greene. There was only one issue that I was surprised about. Due to the pandemic, my flight home got canceled by BA. I was told by FlyWorldclass that I would have to pay extra to fly back in business class after the flights are resumed and that it was BA policy etc. I contacted the airline directly via Twitter and I was booked in business class without paying extra. I shared that with Flyworldclass and was told to not contact the airline directly in the future. Anyway kinda strange thing....

Hello Zar, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are super glad to have been of service to you by booking airfare for your travel plans on British Airways. We see you left four of five stars, and appreciate your feedback which helps us understand what could have been improved. Overall we are delighted that you are happy with the service you got from Jason! We definitely will be sure to use your feedback for training purposes in addressing how we explain things to our clients. To do so now, we just want to explain that we refer our customers to reach out to us as we are your ticket supplier and often times changes need to be handled by the agency through different channels than for tickets that are directly booked with an airline. This also ensures that we are up to date on the status of an itinerary to better assist with any subsequent changes or cancellations that may be required. With that explained, we are so glad that BA was kind in offering you a direct upgrade via social media! Again, we would like to thank you for booking with us and we look forward to assisting you with your future travel plans. -The Fly World Class Team

The procedure was slow and the agent said she didn't want to work on the weekend but she finally did. All in all I happy with how it went.

Fly World Class comprises of a team and while matters are best handled by a personal consultant as they are the most familiarized with their client, we pride ourselves on being accessible and available to our clientele. Shelly was terrific, but you still have to ask lots of questions. Example when can I get an assigned seat etc.

cooperative, useful, good price but first price not honored
Response from FlyWorldClass.comSep 11, 2019
Hello W. Bennett, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate that you have acknowledged that the service provided was useful and at a good price. In regards to the pricing not being honored, due to the limited stock of discounted fares, pricing and availability on itineraries cannot be guaranteed until ticketed. This volatility in pricing is directly affected by the airlines and beyond our control. Our travel consultants strongly advise our clientele to book as soon as possible when presented with an itinerary to secure the best price. In this circumstance, waiting a day from when the itinerary and pricing was presented regrettably affected your end price. Fly World Class is dedicated to providing an experience based on trust and integrity. We would never want to dishonor any of our clientele. It is truly unfortunate that the delay in booking the itinerary immediately after being presented impacted the ticket cost. We have tried to reach out to you directly to understand more about your experience and have not heard back from you as of yet. It would be appreciated if you would take the time to let us know more about your experience by emailing [email protected] to let us know what we could have done better in order to get the five star rating we always strive for. We sincerely look forward to having the opportunity to assist you with any future travel plans and thank you for booking with us. -The Fly World Class Team
