Neil Cruz is excellent
Neil Cruz makes this agency one of the best. I hope it all works out well but, until now, Neil has been enormously helpful, patient and understanding. I think he is an excellent, supportive travel agent. He understood my hesitation in this period, he waited, he suggested options.

The only problem I encountered was with…
The only problem I encountered was with my bank trying to pay for the tickets. Since I am living in Saudi Arabia they had locked my card due to lack of use. Had the card unlocked. Did not know about the daily limit which required another call to them.

First time customer after I had to stop…
First time customer after I had to stop my purchase at the beginning of the pandemic. Good customer service, not pushy to book when travel was pretty much impossible. Completely changing travel plans from Europe to just spend summer in the Hamptons. I saved some money and looking forward to seeing what savings they have for Europe when I am ready to make that trip.
