Dan Nelson was working onthe weekend I needed my flight booking and he came through with great flight options. He went through each flight optionfirst and when he finished, I selected and purchased the flight option rightaway that he suggested even though it was slightely more expesnive because it was the logical choice. It proved to me that he understood my requirements. For a business and and a service, that is critical.
