Todd Pattinson is a great agent very patient/polite and professional highly recommend calling him for our next trip

Since agents don't have English as their first language they sometimes don't understand questions or requests.

A pleasure to do business with you and will again likely use your services.

The agent Mario was extremely patient and helpfull, I know me and my husband must have been a bit difficult to handle, I must say I was very pleased with the way he handled and met our needs.

ian is a great man advise to buy by him tickets

The receiver was polite and tried to help every way possible to give good deal. Also, she had lots of patience to hear what my requirement was. It was like she was helping her own family. She showed her ability to care for her customers needs. I really approved her excellent customer care. Thank you so much,

Great experience. Dylan was very helpful even though I kept changing my requirements. He got me the best flights to Rome with baggage included.
