Kate Smith was very helpful.
Kate checked my flight and found it to be in order. We were concerned that it may have been changed by Delta but she assured me that everything is OK. Her diction was perfect. She also sent our passport info to Delta which will save a great deal of time at the airport. Thank you Kate.

Huge thanks to Jerry for his incredible support. He went above and beyond to find a solution for us, and thanks to his help we were able to find a good flight in urgency. I was having a lot of difficulty…
I was having a lot of difficulty getting checked in at the ticket counter. However, Shea tried to encourage me throughout the process and worked diligently to get the matter resolved. Although, I was unable to get a seat on my original flight, she assisted me with booking another flight for the next day. She also told me to call her if I had any other issues, or if I needed assistance with booking future flights
