I wasn't on hold waiting for someone to answer my call. This is unheard of anymore. Frank took the time needed to be sure my situation was taken care of. He called me back to confirm I received my boarding pass. Thank you to Frank for being compassionate of my situation. 5 STARS!

I had a great experience working with Kate Smith. She helped me book flights to two different places, arranged hotel rooms at both locations, and set up a car rental where I could pick up the car at one airport and drop it off at another. Her help made my travel plans so much easier. I really appreciate her assistance and highly recommend her. Thank you very much! Juan Rodriguez
