If I could give a Minus I would!!! This is company is a complete SCAM - DO NOT BOOK!!! We arrived at Gatwick on the 27th of August and the communication with the company was diabolical, really hard to contact, no one where they said they were going to be and then when we finally got through, was advised that the person that was "meeting and greeting" was by the lifts. There was no one by the lift! When we finally found someone, it all seemed a bit unorganised and I was very nervous about leaving my car with them - they also expected us to pay for the ticket for the short stay car park - I have never had to do that before. When we landed on the way home, I ran as soon as we were inside Gatwick Airport as I just had a feeling that it was going to be disorganised. The guy was very vague and seemed to know nothing about my car, said he would call me back and didn't. I kept ringing and had no answer, or a funny tone on the end of the line. Anyway, we finally got through and they said meet them at carpark 6 level 3, which was completely different to the information on the confirmation email. We waited and waited. See a couple of police cars going up on another level and started to get nervous. I was once again ringing, to be told it's there on level 3, it wasn't! My husband said, I'm going to have a look up on level 5 as thats what the email said, that's also where the police were! My husband found my car. It was where we had left it. Still in the short stay carpark! We were expected to pay £1350! The police were there dealing with another person who had had the same happen to her but she was able to grab the guy and get her keys and keep him there until the police turned up. He was carrying 10 sets of keys and not one car had left the short stay car park!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Booked and paid. Got to airport waited half an hour after dropping my car to them rather than the meet and greet which i paid for. I was then informed I had to pay another £28 so they can leave the parking space. Don't use these you will pay more. Staff think its funny too, but this may change shortly. Dont use dont use dont use

Well went to collect my car to find it had been moved into thr woods with other cars for them to say it wont start, they clearly left lights on because battery was completely dead and they was no help they used other people's cars to take us back to airport leaving there cars in a mess covered in mud smoking in there cars the lot

DO NOT USE! As my original review was not posted I'll write again. This company is an absolute joke, paid to park near Stanstead £20 extra for shuttle to and from airport, paid for both ways before we left for holiday On return we spent an hour and half calling to be picked up, calls were either ignored or rejected. We then had to pay £25 to get a taxi 5 minutes up the road! Car park is just a muddy piece of ground where cars are parked nose to nose with barely any space to get in car next to a large and very nice house that apparently belongs to the drivers brother. I can see how he can afford it as he rips people off, taxi driver said this company is well known to leave people stranded at airport. AVOID!

Terrible do not use, use maple parking. They took forever picking our car up and we had to run for security, on returning they made up some excuse about a stabbing which apparently is a tactic they use, we got off a long flight and waited over 1h.

SCAM AND EXTORTION! Avoid at all costs! I strongly advise everyone to avoid this absolute joke of a "Park & Ride" service (operating around Stable Cottage / Home Farm Livery on Stock Lane). This is a completely unprofessional setup, and their business practices are borderline illegal. Here is why you should never leave your car with them: • Terrible Location & Access: The site is located more than 10 miles away from Bristol Airport. The access road leading to the farm is completely ruined and full of deep potholes that can easily damage your car’s suspension. • Awful Storage Conditions: The car was kept in terrible, filthy conditions. When I finally got it back, the interior of my car was completely dirty and covered in mess. • Extortion and Hidden Fees: Because my plans changed and I arrived 2 hours earlier than scheduled, they bluntly refused to give me my vehicle back. They literally held my car hostage until I paid an extra £20 cash penalty just to get my own property returned! This is pure extortion. • Non-existent Customer Service: The driver was incredibly rude, hostile, and aggressive. Furthermore, trying to contact them is impossible as they deliberately ignore phone calls from customers. They will take your money, ruin your car, stress you out, and scam you for extra fees. Save your sanity and your money—use the official Bristol Airport parking instead. You have been warned!

Premier parking meet and greet what a joke was meet about half a mile from termial on returm rang was told to ring back in half sm hour when rang backtold to meet in green car park which is about 1/2 a mile away i use a wheel chair so again to from termal then was made to wait another 45 min begore some turned up and then took us to where they had parked my car which was around 12 miles from airport so avoid at all cost i paid for meet and greet it would have been cheaper to use jet parks and them would not habe had to wait arounf for nearly 2 hours at 1am

They booked me with Park & Fly Heathrow we were supposed to park in Holiday Inn a proper Car park in Car Park E & F but redirected to Crown Plaza hotel M4 J4 which houses migrants! The car park was scubland behind the hotel. I was not happy I emailed for a refund but & the customer agent didn't take on board my complaint !On return from holiday my car was filthy with bird poo & tree debris too.
