Please do not leave your car with this company. I had my family and children with me, and they made us suffer for hours. We were treated terribly, insulted, threatened, and told they would not give our car back. Absolutely unacceptable.

Car was not available to collect. Promised it would be returned within 30 mins, it didn’t arrive. Chased again and told 20mins. Still didn’t arrive then they refused to pick up calls. Took two hours to get the car after the booked collection time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Even the staff at Heathrow said that they always get complaints and even the Heathrow police won’t get involved as it doesn’t make any difference…!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Review My overall experience was extremely poor. Booking the car itself was easy, so I have no issue with that part. However, the customer service and the condition of the car were very disappointing. When I called beforehand to ask for some details, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone came across as extremely rude. When I arrived at the airport, I was also asked to drop the car at his location, which I declined. Before handing the car over, I took a full video of the vehicle to document its condition. When I returned from my trip, I called to let them know I had landed, as requested, and was told to call again once I had collected my bags. I did exactly that, only to be left waiting around 25 minutes. Again, the attitude and tone were extremely rude. When I finally collected the car, I unfortunately did not check it properly because I was exhausted. The car was also extremely dirty, despite me returning it in a fully cleaned condition. The following morning, I checked the car properly and discovered some very bad scratches on my brand-new car. I immediately called to explain what had happened, but unfortunately the person I spoke to was extremely dismissive and did not seem interested in listening to my concerns. I accept that I should have checked the car more thoroughly at the point of collection, and I take responsibility for that. However, given that I had documented the car before handing it over and raised the issue as soon as I noticed the damage, I expected a much more professional and helpful response. Sadly, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. The customer service was poor from start to finish, and the way my complaint was handled made the whole experience even worse. Please think twice before booking with them.

Worst ever service provided them, Their number is off, the other number provided says not his problem, We emailed them 4 days ago about our arrival and they acknowledged that and now the number we are calling says not their problem he has not been informed, I have 1 year old baby, and 4 hours travel onwards, I have been told wait for 4 hours and they will update us. Poor communication, rude staff, feels like you are calling car compound to get car releived. Never use these Scammers.

SCAMMERS - The worst company operating in the UK by none.

What a big mistake I made by booking my airport car parking with this lot. I didn't even know I had to pay an additional £10 for bus drop-off and pick-up on top of the money I paid to use their parking facilities, which I have never heard of in my life. I called the parking people directly to get a refund. The guy told me to email the ticket company, then proceeded to put the phone down on me. The Fly Park Compare people are a bunch of cowboys. I have contacted my bank, and the fraud team can only take action once they have received my hard-earned money, but seeing all these bad reviews, I will make sure that they do get severely investigated, as they are all skanky cowboys. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES!!

I haven’t parked here (was browsing for my holiday!) but I’ve just read that there has been a huge fire at this carpark Sapphire Parking destroying 120 cars! No one can get access to their cars…. Sorry to all those involved. After reading all these bad reviews I’m shook! Absolutely awful. Wanted to post incase anyone else tries to book here.

Disgusting service. Late on collection, late picking up. Unkempt staff, rude phone call. About 50 miles of petrol gone? Charged me for them being late, more parking fees. Why was my car at a private address? tracker showed that. So using my car then. Car's settings all changed so I couldn't see how much fuel remaining. Frankly this shower should not be in business. DO NOT USE at your peril.
