Mohit is setting a new standard of service quality and needless to mention he is by far one of the best service personnel I interacted internationally. I strongly propose Mohit's involvement in training new people which will raise the overall service standard of the company . Mohit should also be given more liberty to bargain price so that he can beat other competitor for the same. Please note price initially attracts customer and service retain that customer.
