I have generally great experience but there was some questionable issues this last time around where I was charged on the app certain amount but when on my bank statement I was overcharged $10 on one and $5 on another and I emailed with no response on that part so I hope they get this issue resolved cuz I was happy prior to these

Received my order but two my my joozy pro pods didn’t even work. Brand new out of the box. Even charged the battery with the pod on it. Still nothing.

Their products and shipping are over all great. I had a few issues with a couple vapes being broken on delivery. Tried to message customer service several times for any kind of help and never got a reply. I have since gone with another site.

Ok so I bought a few cart batteries quite a while ago and was supposed to get the leather editions which cost more and was sent the regular plastic ones. When I contacted them about the issue they wanted me to send the products back to them (which is fine) but in order to do so I was expected to go through the hassle of getting a label printed and making a stop to send it. Now here I am reading my old emails thinking again about how they never sent me the items, or refunded the price difference, they told me they’d send the items and they simply didn’t. So I’m sure they won’t do anything about it now since it’s been so long but I have to say I do not really recommend this site. And probably won’t use it again. Poor customer service and lack of follow through.. with all the tax that they are charging for vape now any extra trouble isn’t worth it. Just go to a shop instead

I purchased a Cool Mint Pine Pod which is supposed to provide thousands of puffs. Mine became bitter after only about 700. When a vape goes bitter I can't use it again. I am very dissatisfied and will never purchase it again.
