Our home experience with Pegge Trail has been nothing short of exceptional; very professional, honest, considerate, and quick regarding all communications. When buying a home, this is something that is key to ensuring a positive experience. Throughout the process, it feels she was more a friend rather than just a professional agent. We’ve been fortunate to have her help us with the entire process. Her guidance and keeping us updated on the little details helped provide us reassurance throughout this complex process. Thank you so much!!! Curtis

Ron was an exceptional Realtor. We put our full trust in him and we were able to complete our sale in less time than we expected. Ron was honest, professional, knowledgeable - he knew the market, and gave us no false expectations. He also listened to what our needs were and followed through.

We worked with James Dienes and Ron Laserna in the Reali Trade In Program, which was especially helpful when trying to buy a home in the Bay Area, it's so difficult and both Ron and James kept things simple and the process moving smoothly. Their expertise and knowledge and responsiveness were amazing, they are professionals!

Ilana is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is incredibly responsive, hard working and knowledgable. We worked with her during Covid 19 and she made sure to take all precautionary measures. Would highly reccomend!

We participated in the Reali Trade in Program and it was a great experience! James Dienes helped us all the way during the selling of our condo up to the buying of our house. He can be easily reached during office hours and even after that! As in, he's available for us 24/7. I really appreciate all the efforts he exerted to make this Trade In as stressless as possible. We highly recommend James and Reali Trade In as well! They exeeded our expectations!

Very unprofessional company. We asked for a tour in the app and then, after seeing that nothing is happening with our request, we initiated a chat to find out what is happening. We were told that first we need to have a discussion/call with an agent. At the beginning of the call, after we said what area we are interested in, the agent told us that they are actually not servicing it.... It seems that even if they are a technology company, they move slowly, and their "streamlined" process is a joke.

We worked with Ilana Herring and she was great! Communicated well with us and we received 3 offers in less than 24 hours! We sold over asking and the closing process moved along smoothly. We will definitely use her again in the future!

Reali helped us by our first home using their cash offer program. They made us feel like they were working for us. We felt like we had a team on our side to help us.
