Great Company and Agent - Ilana Herring and Terri Knight
Ilana and Terri were extremely helpful throughout the entire homebuying process. Terri, her showing assistant, was a great resource for understanding the Oceanside community. Having lived there for many years, she provided advice and expertise during showings. An amazing asset to the Reali Team! Highly recommend her for Oceanside / Carlsbad homebuyers; pick her brain on communities, schools, house types, remodeling, HOA, etc. Ilana reached out to me from the very start and encouraged me to continue looking for the right home. Despite being 6 months pregnant, she provided showed up when and where needed, and was extremely responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better agent! Reali app is very helpful for scheduling showings.

Misrepresentation of Facts
Agent represented numerous times verbally and in writing that the short sale price included payment of $5k to overdue HOA fees. When I went to sign final escrow docs the $5k was being added on top. Close of escrow was delayed and she had to pay it out of her commission.

Dee, Thank you for posting a review – we're sorry to hear about your experience. After looking into the matter we understand that there were some unexpected costs that came up during the purchase of your home. During the process, out of good faith, Reali paid the $5,000 in HOA fees that were owed. At closing, we believe all parties involved were happy with the outcome and were glad to offer this out of pocket solution to make things right on your behalf. Your business means a lot to us, so if you ever have additional feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out via [email protected]. Best, Reali

Reali sold our property during a pandemic.......
Reali played a great role in helping us sell during a difficult time. They're professionalism and knowledge provided peace of mind while selling during a pandemic. Our agent was supportive and helped sort thru multiple offers and provided much appreciated guidance ultimately resulting in the sale of our property at the best price. We were kept abreast of each step along the way and supported when decisions had to be made. I plan to return to Reali for any real estate needs I may have in the future.
