My Grandchildren can’t wait to get to Nana’s and papa’s first thing they do is run for the cups and the flygrubs and out the door to feed the girls

We only received one box of grubs. The box we received was heavily taped as if it had been smashed.

Apparently delivered to the wrong address again! This time I never even got the product! I’ve complained multiple times to you to FedEx. They were delivering across the street and I don’t know if that’s where they delivered it this time but it said delivered and I didn’t get it, completely dissatisfied.

My girls love these and always come running. I've been using them for about 5 yrs now and go through a 5# box almost monthly.

A couple weeks ago I wrote requesting that my subscription be cancelled, and received an email that someone would get back to me, which never happened. So I sent a second cancellation request which was never answered. Yesterday I received a shipment which I do not need. What’s up with your customer service????
