I was overcharged for canceling a flight through this company. Would not recommend.

My sales rep was Peter Jones with FlyFair Travels LLC was very helpful today. He was very patient & has the heart of a teacher. He explained how his company worked to save me time & money. It was important to me to get a job stop flight. He worked to find the best deal for me. I appreciate it time & efforts to take care of my need in a very important trip. We need more reps like him.

My highest praise goes out to MS Jean Mathews, she took the time and made the effort to get myself out of an extra Fifteen hours in airports with my milage plan, Now I have two lay overs instead of Nine! Wow, you made my day and my upcoming vacation so much better, Thank you VERY KINDLY Jean

We booked our tickets last May for this wonderful trip. We found that the company we worked with made a lot of mistakes which has cost us a lot of extra time and money. Jean Matthew was wonderful very patient and kind. She listened to the problems and found solutions for us. She was able to find us a flight to return home on our original date. We appreciate all your help and patience. Thank you.

Mr. Eddy Walker was so helpful and caring in rescheduling our flight during the hectic and stressful time of Hurricane Helene while we were visiting Florida. He took the time to go above and beyond to get us to our destination in a timely and safe way. Thank you so much. It was also delightful to find out that your company is located in Central Islip since we also are from Long Island.

This company is one of the biggest scammers I have ever felt with. They charged for services that were never provided and refused to process a deserved refund. Aside from the fact services ( up graded seats) were not provided. They lied and kept money . Be ware. Not recommended!!!!!

There were red flags from the beginning, which i should have taken more seriously. I admit I was careless. First, I thought I was talking to American Airlines and I wasn't. They told me they help AA book flights. haha. I called the number via Google (stupid, I know), because for some reason the AA app would not allow me to buy a ticket that was on hold. In trying to purchase the ticket that was on hold, they told me the price had increased and charged me another $70 for the ticket. (AA holds the price for you for 24 hours.) The whole process took about 30 min., they sent an email with the supposed boarding pass (no, no, not until 24 hours before the flight!) and at the very end i was asked to send a photo of my driver's license because I was booking for a family member, not myself. It was very shady. Stupid, I know. (I was allowed to cover up everything except my address and photo.) Yikes. THEN, they called the family member 3 different times trying to get my phone number from him. He refused. We were billed the ticket price via AA and $70 to FlyFair, which shows they were profiting from the transaction. We were able to get everything reversed and got the ticket through a legit, professional AA ticket agent over the phone. All because the app wasn't working. Anyway, I will never us them again.
