This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM. I tried calling Flighhub and they answered the phone as Flighthub to (1st lie) to cancel a ticket I recently bought. When the lady started asking for my credit card information and said that it may get charged twice I got suspicious… then she asked for a second card (2nd lie) and I questioned her ID number and who I was talking with. She said Flight hub and when I got the email confirmation to confirm the cancellation charges I noticed it was under Flydreamz - when I questioned the company and said do not charge - I don’t not accept these charges, she said I will be charged anyway and hung up. I’m cancelling my cc now! BEWARE!!!

Alice was great
Alice was great. She went above and beyond to help us. We talked to other people and they said that there is nothing we can do. But not Alice. She stepped up in a big way and saved our flight. THANK YOU ALICE
