I was nervous about booking in this way, but did some background checking, and went for it. Shawn Pitt helped me book flights. He was very helpful, providing multiple options for flights, answering my questions about a close connection and also making sure we had seats together. Also, I couldn't find my itinerary for a return trip home when traveling in Vietnam, and couldn't open the link that had been provided. Shawn responded very quickly to my email request for the information. I am very pleased everything was perfect, and I will be booking with Shawn next time we fly.

I wanted a competitive business class flight to Sydney from LHR with Singapore Airlines (my preference). I was offered 3 return flight options with a 48 hour window to confirm. The 48 hours fell over a weekend (don’t know if this is relevant). When I got back to Shawn Pitt on Sunday afternoon, my preferred outbound flight was no longer available. I was offered a Cathay Pacific alternative for the same dates, that I accepted. When I received my email confirmation I was absolutely delighted to find that the first leg of my outbound flight had been upgraded to First Class, at no extra charge.
