An utter SCAM!
An utter SCAM! Following up on a previous blunder by my agent promising destination flexibility when there was apparently none.... I have given a month's notice for a flight date change.... It has now been more than 3 months post-scheduled flight and I've been told to be patient as they are still working on it. What kind of travel company can't make a flight change with a month's notice??? I even gave Sam anytime within a 3 months period to change the date to! I bought into his excuses but there is really no excuses left, action speaks louder than words. Either my flight was severely botched or this is a scam business. Calling their switchboard to have someone look into it and call me back.... I have yet to receive a callback. I'm thus starting to lean towards scam and am in the process of reporting this US company to the FTC. $6.6k ..... gone! Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Don't be a sucker like I was.
