The App was very interactive and user friendly. There were easy instrctions to follow. Pick up with FedEx went perfectly.

I wish I would have thought of this idea myself- it’s genius! It’s so perfect for my situation as someone who lives in a high-rise with minimal storage. The website and the app were very easy to use and the process so far was seamless from end-to-end.

I can't say enough good things about Flybox. Every single aspect was easy, from setting up delivery of the box, to scheduling the pickup. The packaging is plentiful and good quality. The box itself is sturdy, so I have no worries about the safety of the contents. Customer service is great and answered all of my questions. If you're considering using Flybox, do yourself a favor and do it now!

From the request of my FlyBoxes to the receipt and shipping them and then recalling the specific box that had everything I needed, everything was easy and straight forward. It saved me a trip to a storage unit and hours digging though boxes to find that one box I needed. Convenient, easy, and practical!
