My experience with this company was…extremely stressful and I would not recommend using them.
My experience with this company was unsatisfactory from the outset. Shortly after I completed my booking, I was informed that the original price was no longer available and that the flight would cost an additional $600. Despite having already confirmed and paid for the reservation, I initially requested a cancellation to seek a better rate. A representative named Justin subsequently offered a discount and assured me that all four passengers on our itinerary would receive complimentary round-trip baggage. After agreeing to these terms and paying the difference, I contacted the company several times to confirm this arrangement, as my itinerary incorrectly indicated zero bags for each passenger. I was repeatedly reassured by Justin and other representatives that the baggage fees were indeed waived. However, when I contacted them again the day before our flight, I was informed that our itinerary did not include baggage and that they could not accommodate the previous agreement. This caused significant distress. Following a lengthy dispute with management, we reached an agreement wherein I was required to purchase the baggage myself, with the company promising to reimburse me for two round-trip bags. This experience was highly frustrating and entirely inconsistent with our original agreement. I will not be utilizing their services in the future and strongly advise others to exercise caution, as I have found the company to be neither trustworthy nor reliable.
