These people are thieves. They stole my gift card money and will not return it. They then asked for personal information to further there attack. Beware of scammers like these. I wish they would rob me here in tx face to face. We have constitutional gun rights. F#$%& around and find out

I tried using Fluz and it does not seem to work in Canada. I tried a purchase on Amazon.ca, immediately entered amount on Fluz app, got the code from Fluz, but Amazon.ca did not accept it. Now my credit card has been charged in US dollars! And I will not receive what I tried to purchase.

Hi Natalie, very sorry to hear of your experience. Most of the gift cards sold through the Fluz App are only valid within the U.S. However, we’d be happy to help find a resolution for you! Please reach out to our Customer Team so they can assist you. You can send a message via the In - App Chat or by emailing [email protected].

Like the other poster said, Fluz has changed. Cards are frequently offline. They're not reliable as far as what will when you want them. Recently they've been pulling credit reports. Not sure what's going on with that.

Hi Jeff! Sorry to hear about this. Which merchants are you looking for? Please email [email protected], we’ll help you out from there :) With our newest feature, Fluz reports credit worthy transactions to the credit bureaus, helping users build their credit. It is not a hard nor soft inquiry. This feature is completely optional, and you can opt out at any time! Fluz was great in the beginning (years back) the cash back was decent and you could earn a good amount through referrals. Now the cash back is abysmal, referral networks don't work and they change how their cards process on a daily or even more frequent basis. You're better off buying for a discount from Raise.
